They remodeled and removed the Play place. They left one wall that actually says Play Place on it and the room has tables and chairs. This place is no fun anymore and they don’t serve the folks inside quickly. Too focused on the drive thru.

Terrible attitudes this morning from 2 different girls working there. Walked back in to let them know my order was wrong, no biggie. I did not get an apology at all, the young girl grabbed my bag, and instead of taking the incorrect sandwich out and putting the correct one in she just grabbed the correct sandwich and out it in a new bag. When I made a different girl aware that I was now missing my hashbrown she apparently thought I was trying to get one over as she rudely pointed out that "it was in your bag" before I made her aware that I gave the old bag to her coworker. This is my third attempt at ordering a Oreo McFlurry with added hot fudge and M&M’s, and once again, I have been humbled. No toppings. Just ice cream and disappointment. I fear the real lesson here is that I must stop believing people will change.

Well, don’t do curbside, I waited 15 minutes, no food went through drive-through. They said the screen had to be rebooted. That doesn’t explain how my order switched from in process to delivered at the 10 minute mark. Oh and in the end they didn’t even get my order correct.
