Was here last weekend, we enjoyed the brewery. Good beers and sours. The ambience was good. I loved the smash burgers as well. Definitely a cool place to hang. 4 stars because parking is a tad bit short. Only street parking.

Old Mother Brewing Co is a must-visit in Frederick! We stopped in and tried the El Matador Mexican lager and the Florida Seltzer—both were super refreshing and full of flavor. El Matador had that smooth, crisp finish you'd want from a great lager, and the Florida Seltzer was light, fruity, and perfect for a sunny day. Great little downtown brewpub. No frills, order at the bar, a local restaurant out back handles the food, but I really appreciated the selection and the overall quality of the beers. The altbier was great, and the sour was very well balanced. Good old fashioned West coast IPA did the job too. Prices were good, Tuesday has 1$ off pints. Friendly staff and customers at the bar. Definitely the kind of place I would hang out in.

Great selection of microbrews! I rather enjoyed the hazy IPA offering on the day we visited. Also, do not Miss out on the chance to get a burger from Fifty-fifty! The burger and beer combination experience was one of my best hamburger beer experiences. Very friendly staff and plenty of seating.
