The most authentic Chicago style pizza I've found outside Chicago, and it was right in my backyard (well, Frederick) all this time? They import the ingredients from Chicago and make everything traditionally, and you can definitely taste the quality ingredients in every bite. I have a new go-to for take out! (There are only two small tables there, they really don't expect you to dine in, but during a downpour they let us eat some of our pizza inside and had plates and cups for us). So good I also picked up a frozen pizza for later!

We were looking for a pizza place for lunch and I'm so glad we found Rosati's! I went with 3 children and we got the large Chicago style pizza. It was delicious and the chunky sauce was a big hit. The crust was crispy and you could actually eat it like regular pizza. We ate half of the pizza and took the rest home. We will be back again!

Food was ready quickly and smelled amazing. We got the faimly meal on the website and it seemed like it was fit to feed the faimly easy. The double dough was not joking around and had a great cheese pull. Mixing the alferdo with the marinara sauces is our suggestion to get a little of the best of both worlds. The cinnamon sticks were both sweet and salty which was amazing and then we found out there was icing under a part of the foil. Still had about half a pasta and most of a pizza left after feeding a faimly of 4.

I'll start with something very strange. You can see INTO the kitchen when you walk in. It's massive, very clean and organized. And it is quietly reassuring that you'll get good, clean food. Ordered the deep dish with custom toppings. Chicago is no longer a high priority travel destination. The 14' weighted about 7lbs so be ready to grip the box carefully. Best Pizza in Frederick, hands down. The Garage by the airport and Cogino Forno are formidable, but distant seconds. You will wait the full 30 minz for a pie. Because its really fresh.
