Took the WHOLE family to eat and EVERYONE was too happy!! We weren’t even finished yet and the kids declared we had to come back. We had the cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, and the crab pizza. We also grabbed the Greek salad. That pizza DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! Every bite was mouthwatering. It was so good! The Greek salad was very good too! The vinaigrette dressing was delicious. Each Detroit style pizza came with 4 large slices. We had 7 kids with us and ordered 3 pizzas. Everyone was full. When I went to Frederick for a training, a colleague told me a pizza at White Rabbit is mandatory because that was the best pizza he ever had. Well, superlatives are common when it comes to good food, but I went there with other colleagues. When we came back, one exclaimed that that was the best pizza he ever had. Stopped at White Rabbit Gastropub on Mother’s Day while passing through downtown Frederick, and I’m glad we did. The restaurant is tucked into a really charming historic-style building with a cozy speakeasy atmosphere, exposed brick, and a lot of character. You can tell why it’s so well reviewed. One thing worth mentioning for anyone visiting downtown Frederick: parking was actually much easier than we realized at first. The vibe was amazing and the food was amazing and the staff were absolutely amazing. A great little place to get a few detroit-style pizzas, some smash burgers, and dry out a few interesting beers they have on tap. They genuinely are doing great things at this place. It is kind of define the place however, you have to park in a parking garage or on the street and walk down a secret path that is a little out of the way and kind of weird.
