We stopped here for breakfast this morning and immediately understood why it was standing room only. This is clearly the spot in town, whether you’re a local or just passing through. Located right across from the Fredericksburg Battlefield Visitors Center, this place serves true home-style breakfast done exceptionally well. We’d seen plenty of reviews about the pancakes, but they still don’t fully prepare you for just how fantastic they are. This is one of our favorite local restaurants. The food and service are always great! I like that I can choose how many eggs I want in my omelette. Their fruit bowl and macaroni salad are also delicious.

After a walk around the Battlefield we decided to stop for lunch as the smell of bacon was all around us as we descended the battlefield area. The pancake shown is the “small” pancake. The 2 egg omelet with bacon or sausage with cheese were both good. The pancake was amazing. Keep up the great work. Staff were helpful and very friendly.

We've visiting a few times for breakfast and are always impressed with the portions of our meal. Only thing we'd like to suggest is some upgrades to the bathrooms and a different choice in music. Our server TJ was very friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and price can't be beat.
