Ordered a burrito online thinking that bc it was early in the day it would be fine. When I opened the bag I looked in and saw that it wasn’t even wrapped in aluminum foil. Never seen anything like it. I bit into it and it was stone cold. The picture attached is exactly how it was wrapped when I opened the bag. No excuse. This just reinforces why I haven’t ordered from this location in years.

It had been a while since I’ve been to chipotle, and a steak salad sounded great. I placed an order online on my lunch break and took it back to my office. I opened my meal only to realize the steak that I paid $15 for was practically nonexistent. There was more cilantro lime sauce in my salad than there was meat. Receiving less than a 2 oz. Portion of meat when a full scoop is supposed to be around 4 oz. Is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location in the future.

I eat here every other day. The staff here is amazing. They get to know their regular customers that come in the store. There very patience and courtesy when getting your order, they don’t rush you. Food is always nice and hot. Parking is a nightmare depending on the time you go.

Hey guys, I had a softitas bowl tonight and the white and brown rice you brought out fresh were actually a tad bit undercooked. The rice forms a base of the bowl so please 🙏🏽 make sure you cook it all the way through so that it’s chewy and that will lift the entire dish to a whole new level !! I appreciate you giving me another replacement bowl, without the rice.
