I don’t think I’ve ever highlighted or recommended vegetables to anyone before but that’s how flavorful the vegetables from this place are. The food is amazing from the rice to the sauces but man these vegetables are something else entirely. I really enjoy this restaurant’s downtown location and hours. They’re open when parking is free so they are a great choice for lunch or dinner. I’ve been to Mediterranean Gus Kabob a couple of times now, and it never disappoints. My go-to order is the Spicy Chicken Plate, and it’s always on point. The chicken is full of flavor and perfectly cooked, mixed with sautéed bell peppers and onions that really take it to the next level. The plate comes with their seasoned rice and veggies, which balance the spice really well and make the meal filling without being heavy. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared.
