This food is trash hamburger pink in the center. Bread soggy & cheese not melted. Half my fries were cold. Like they didn’t allow them to finish cooking. I’m never ordering there again

I visited Jack in the box store #0441 on Blackstone Ave on 5/6/25 at 5:25 PM, and our server was Megan M on my receipt but a young man is the one who took my order not sure what his name was. We ordered the family special, and what we received—particularly the Jr. Jumbo burger—was completely unacceptable. The burger appeared as though someone had already taken a bite out of it. This is absolutely appalling and raises serious health and safety concerns. I’m shocked that this was even served to a customer. I called about six times to ask about hot sauce since I ordered on DoorDash and they kept hanging up on me and picking up the phone and hanging up. I usually don’t do this, but I also work in food service and my food was cold and I missing 2 Items Terrible place
