No clue how this Shipley’s location has 4 stars. We frequent this location (2x3 times per month) and 75% of the time they get the order wrong. Our family does not order anything complex. 2 glazed donuts (red and blue) and 2 orders of donut holes. They either miss one of the glazed donuts or one order of donut holes. They throw the glazed donuts on top of each other (glazing to glazing) in the same bag.

Shipley needs to work on their customer service. I arrived inside and was the only customer. I was not greeted at the front instead by the workers behind the racks of donuts. I asked for a dozen mixed donuts, dozen kolaches, and an iced latte. The worker brought up 2 kolaches and asked what kind of donuts. I said a mixture, she then gave me 10 donuts from the bottom row which were all iced and I finally said that’s enough from the bottom and she gave me 2 filled donuts. I told her I asked for a dozen kolaches and she went to get those and came back and said anything else? I did not ask for a l

Not a bad experience but an employee is glazing chocolate donuts with her finger and without gloves. She has short nails and a ring on too

The jalapeno kolache was so fresh today 01/11/2026 and I love the Bavarian cream bar with chocolate on top ,, but the cream inside did not taste that good , maybe yall need to use a better pudding filling , my favorite anything with chocolate frosting on top
