I came in and told the cashier, Maria H, I wanted regular tenders. I proceeded to get a chicken sandwich, which I did not order. So I asked her kindly if she was able to change it and she says “you ordered a sandwich but okay” and goes to change it which I appreciated. But as I open up my box the gravy is upside down and is all over my toast, fries and tenders. A bit disappointed and I’m not sure if it was spite or accidental.

The Whataburger was below average, but since I don't go often, maybe my expectations were just rooted in nostalgia. The food was relatively cold, and the total came out to nearly $50. Honestly, my daughter's Happy Meal tenders looked much better than our burgers (I ordered a double, and we got a couple of #1 meals). I only eat here about twice a year, and this visit reminded me exactly why. I found out after the fact that there was an In-N-Out nearby—I wish I had gone there instead.

Mr. Paul, man what can I say. The BEST customer service I have received in a long time. ALWAYS gets our order correct. ALWAYS gets our food to our table on time. Honestly he is the highlight of our night and I don’t know how I could eat at Whataburger without him.

Asked for extra ketchup and the person that brought the food rolled her eyes. Very rude. I always tip people that prepare or bring my food and she rolled her eyes because I asked for more then two ketchups. She took three minutes to bring me one more ketchup. Smh.
