“The employees are so nice and they made my drink perfectly!”

This location repeatedly messes up orders, and while customer support says that they will happily remake the drink“in the moment”, having to constantly point out mistakes is time-consuming and frustrating. With how often my drink is made incorrectly or underfilled, it’s surprising that there still isn’t more attention to detail. For the price Starbucks charges, orders should be made correctly the first time.

The staff at this Starbucks is one of the best I've ever seen. It's kind of cool when they greet you. Good morning and say your name. If you stand around for a few seconds, they ask you what are you waiting for. I enjoy visiting this particular Starbucks

I ordered a mobile pickup order and they made it wrong, it had missing coffee they might as well have given me a grande. The coffee tasted like pure water, I was waiting at the pickup counter expecting for someone to help me but got ignored.

Did Starbucks pickup off of the mobile app. They had reserved parking for pick up orders. I went in for the pickup and was out in 30 seconds with my order. Super fast and super efficient!
