From a strictly analytical standpoint, my recent transaction represents a clear deviation from the expected outcome defined at the point of purchase. I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal, which establishes a quantifiable and non-negotiable value of n = 10. However, upon conducting a post-acquisition inventory assessment (opening the box), I observed a total of only n = 9 nuggets.

Literally can't fulfill orders at drive-thru fast enough so they have everyone pull into handicap stalls while they wait. One of the worst McDonalds in the area Edit: Waited 20 minutes for the food and they never came out to deliver it. When inside to ask and they came back with food for another car waiting ahead of me in the other handicap stall! Took forever for them to give me a refund, couldn't promise me that my food would be made and then several other people came in from the drive-thru complaining about long waits and wrong orders. Extremely disappointed. I usually enjoy a sandwich and coffee for breakfast, and I decided to try this place because of their free coffee promotion. However, the experience was awful. The older, large male staff member was very rude while serving. The cup was covered in coffee grounds, and it was filled so high that it leaked everywhere, burning my hand. It even messed up my car's cup holder. A free coffee isn't worth this kind of service or a burn. I’m never coming back.

What can I say? Its poor quality food that has been sitting and not even hot or fresh. Coke was all soda water. I knew better than to go there! Homeless issues in and around the restaurant.
