Waited for 30 minutes after scheduled pick up time. Then was brought the wrong order. Proceeded to wait an additional 25 minutes. You would think I ordered 100 wings. I ordered literally 10. There was barely anyone here, and they are clearly understaffed. Worst location I’ve been too, and that’s saying a lot.

We waited 10 minutes for our server to acknowledge us and then she only checked on us twice once for drinks and once when we were ready to leave. Our food took more than 35 minutes to come out. This is a repeating pattern with this particular location, they take forever to service you. The food was good and that’s the only reason they got 2 stars from me. There was only 5 tables during the time we went that prompted this review. We went on a Tuesday at 1pm to give you an idea of how “busy” they could be.

We arrived at around 3pm to being told there was a 20 minute wait. Alright, that's fine, we'll wait. Ended up having to wait more like 30 minutes because we were getting skipped for people who came in after us. After getting seated, it was then another wait for drinks and orders, and then yet another long wait for our food, which came out barely warm and with heat-lamped fries. When we asked to speak with the manager to attempt to get some sort of discount for it taking 2 hours total and the food being mid at best, we were not able to. 30 minute wait ended up waiting around an hour which is fine because that happens. Got seated waited 30 minutes to order drinks, after ordering drinks waited another hour and half to get drinks and our server didn’t check on us even when asking for drinks kindly. After around 2 a half hours we received our food which was lukewarm and did not receive refills when asking. I don’t wanna sound rude to the staff but don’t eat here if you value your time
