Normally love this location but went there today and everything tasted good except my aunt went to warm up her bagel bites cause they were served kind of cold and not fully cooked. She warmed it up for a few seconds then opened it to let it cool off and this is what she saw. We have no idea what this is or why this one looked like that while none of the others did. What the heck is this? My aunt seems to think its a meat or something but I dont agree. Anyone have a clue what happened here??

I ordered a matcha, tasted cool. But the ice to drink recipe was crazy I took like 4 sips and the drink was gone. And I typically get Dunkin drinks so that wasn’t a normal amount of ice.

I order Brown Sugar Shaken Espressos from all 3 of the Gahanna Dunkin locations. This is the only location that refuses to actually shake them. Today, I specifically asked her to shake it, not stir it. She lied right to my face when I asked her if she shook it. It tastes and looks much different when it is properly prepared shaken instead of stirred. I was especially upset when I asked her at the window and she told me yes she shook it. She 100% did not and this is probably the 7 or 8th time I’ve had this issue at this location. Even coming inside to see her make it a lo and behold- stirred.

I went into this location today with my nephew and my niece and because it been some time since I’ve been to a Dunkin’ Donuts we were observing the menu and ask the cashier or front clerk, if we could have a sample of a particular new flavor that they had and he was very abrupt in saying that there was no way for us to try the flavor before we buy it And he gave us the personality of a Snail! He was in No rush to help us, and all he could do was present his limited answers which did not put the customer first!
