I visited The Top on a Thursday evening and they’re already busy after 40’ opened. I was happy to wait 15’ for our table with high expectations given its reputation, but unfortunately, the meal did not live up to the hype. Located on downtown’s Main Street alongside many other restaurants, this one definitely has its own unique vibe. They have a small parking lot in the back and there are many paid lots around, along with a couple free ones at certain hours (always read the signs in Gville iykyk). The Top is a really just restaurant on a weekend, however I was somewhat underwhelmed by the quality of food in comparison to the wait. We had to wait nearly an hour for a table, which wasn't an issue because the outdoor bar area is nice to sit and enjoy the ambiance. However, the food order also seemed to take some time (they were busy), and the tofu dish and eggplants rollatoni were both bland and did not hit the spot this time. I would come back to try something else!
