We had a wonderful experience at the First Watch Gaithersburg location! Despite it being a very busy day right after Christmas, both the food and service were absolutely on point. We tried the Honey Caramel Crunch and Tangerine Dream drinks—both refreshing and delicious. Our food order included the Belgian Waffle, Breakfast Tacos (minus the eggs), Market Veggie, and the Million Dollar Potatoes, and everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The staff handled the crowd efficiently and remained friendly and attentive throughout, which really stood out. Overall, a fantastic brunch

Recently visited First Watch at the Muddy Branch location for the second time, but unfortunately, I was disappointed again. I ordered a steak dish with chimichurri sauce and requested to substitute the beef with chicken. Even though it was just a swap, they still charged extra for the chicken, which didn’t seem fair. The service was also disappointing. The servers seemed more focused on chatting and gossiping with certain customers instead of paying attention to other tables. We've loved eating at first watch. This one in Gaithersburg is equally good. Expect a slightly lower quality in food and service on Saturdays breakfast, brunch, lunch times! I love love love their skillet hash but over the weekends I only usually get potato and eggs. Kids live the pancakes and waffles here. Overall it's good food for your buck, but if avoid Saturdays
