Last night I ordered 4 sandwiches and chicken fries. My particular sandwich was the big fish. I asked for everything to be cooked fresh. I waited for about 8 minutes and got food home and big fish was tiny, looked as if they grabbed it from the floor and dropped it in the grease. I haven’t had Burger King in a few years and wanted the big fish. Well they kept the name and changed the product. The manager said it wasn’t real fish. lol! What is happening to our food? Wow, pleasantly surprised by my experience. The manager and staff were professional and courteous. They were attentive and polite. Staff were kind and courteous to each other shd the restaurant was spotless. Definitely a change from my typical fast food experience. Keep up the good work!

I came inside to sit down and eat lunch. I waited in line thinking someone would notice a customer in the lobby. A crew member came out the back I guess to fill some sauces, looked at me, and said nothing. Not "Someone will be with you shortly." Nothing. Waited a few more moments and started to leave. The manager greeted me as she walked by me with another worker but I don't think they were concerned if I was helped, I just got a "hello." I walked out without in disappointment. I really wanted some Burger King.

I went to Burger King for dinner tonight, May 14, 2026. I got a number 2 meal large and asked for a half and half tea…I was expecting to get a half sweet, half unsweet tea….. I’m not sure what I was given but if I had to guess it was a half tea and half lemonade which was absolutely disgusting…I never said anything about lemonade…if you are not sure what the customer wants when they say half and half tea then ask the customer to clarify exactly what they want instead of assuming…
