Clean, polite, and speedy service during the thursday lunch rush. My first time ever at a Whataburger and the only knock against them is clearly Spicy Ketchup is too good because they were sold out. Getting a shake substituted for my drink was free, which was fantastic since I wanted to try them. The Monteray Melt I had was not to my taste but it was perfectly prepped so no points against the kitchen on that, I know for a fact that some people love it.

After a late night at the ER we went to the drive through to grab something to eat. We sat at the ordering stand for 5+ minutes with no response and could not tell if it was working. So we stayed in line and told them at the window 20 minutes later that we tried to order and she said she was talking to us but didn’t think we could hear her. She then asked us to wait so she could take another vehicles order. That shocked me after sitting there all that time. So we just left and will not be back to this location.

I stopped at Whataburger recently and my experience was great. The staff was friendly and the service was quicker than I expected for a busy time of day. My order came out hot and fresh and the burger had that classic flavor I always look forward to. The fries were crisp and the drink was mixed perfectly. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere felt relaxed. Overall it was a solid visit and I will definitely be back.
