I went to this location this morning to grab some Redbull on my way to work. all the signage posted stated 2 12oz cans for $6. when i got to the cooler is was practically empty. I asked the team member if he could locate the cans I wanted. He went in the back and came out shortly after saying they didn't have the product in 12oz only in 8 oz. I asked if I could get 3 8oz cans equaling the 24oz special they were advertising. He went to the General Manager who said No. It would mess up their inventory. Apparently the correct number of cans they have is more important than the customers and hono

I just left this location. Me and my babe both ordered Italian classics but the ingredients on them were completely mixed up. I understand wanting to have fun at work, but maybe if they spent less time singing and dancing and paid more attention, they would've got the order right. I appreciate trying to move quickly but it's pointless without accuracy.

Usually I never have a problem here. I ordered a cinnamon cream cheese pull apart and an iced coffee for pickup. I get my stuff and wait until I get home to open my food (big mistake). They put a damn cinnamon roll instead of what I ordered and didn’t mention that they didn’t have the item or whatever the case was. I was so excited to try it cause it looked so good.

They need to figure out the coffee making situation. It should not take 20 minutes to make a drink. The girl making drinks was incredibly slow. They should probably have two people making drinks because this is outrageous.
