Got the Four Meat Plate and Smokey Queso. Drinks were solid, I don't know why we had a side of Salsa in a BBQ place, it was pretty Standard, Hot Link was more like a breakfast sausage, but good. mac and cheese was clumpy and mid, coleslaw was bit mid and mayonnaise based to hell. The sauces were the things that won me over tho. They stick out the most.

I ordered "the early bird special" 11am-5pm two ribs, hot link, Mac & Cheese, toast and pickles perfect lunch size portion, everything was delicious. Restaurant was spotless clean, wait staff was friendly and attentive (but not annoying attentive.) Thumbs up Rib Crib Garden City, KS. 👍👍👍👍👍

Family stopped in for dinner and the place was slow. No big deal. We all ordered and our meals came out luke warm and not very good. Not sure if I will recommend coming back here, but if I do it will be at a really later date.

Poor quality. Slow service. Dirty restaurant. Overwhelmed, waitress. Ridiculously small portions for the high cost. Incomplete order. Very disappointed after several stops at the location over the years. It has deteriorated horribly.
