So uh I'm a little confused! I'm thirsty and so was my boyfriend! Someone (possibly an ai maybe bc it was robotic sounding) and we give our order for TWO drinks... and no one answered. Someone needs to get up off their behind and do their job. Seriously, I worked fast food before and couldn't EVER be caught sitting around being lazy. You are there to work NOT dilly dally! I didn't see anyone there at the windows or inside!!! only one car in the lot and they can't make 2 drinks??? Ordered through my app. Received a code. Walked in, gave cashier code , and handed me my order. Using the app really made it faster, plus you earn points towards specials and off regular prices. The food was good and fresh. French fries were hot and nuggets perfectly hot and crispy.

Sat in the drive threw got greeted 2 times and proceeded to order and got ignored for 10 minutes. I then called the store to get told "uh yeah I aint got no workers ". I asked so your closed then? She responded "Yup". As a person with manager experience for 7 years its kind of pathetic. Ive been the only to open and id tell people im alone so it'll be a little longer than normal if you still want to order then im ready!

Worst experience ever today. We clearly mentioned NO PICKLES, yet the sandwich was with pickles. This isn’t a small mistake I had an allergy with pickles. The sandwich was ruined, and no care was taken to check the order. Extremely disappointed with the quality and attention to detail. Won’t be ordering again.
