Im a regular at this store at night time. I just went back tonight and ordered a munchie meal Replaced the drink with a Oreo shake and also ordered jalapeño poppers. I came home and took 2 bites of my sandwich and it was cold (i wish I took pictures the first time )The food was reheated and old. I went back and asked if I can get my money back for the meal because it was completely cold/dry/and reheated. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Jack n the Box!! We ordered ours via the app... when we got our food I was so excited because I was so very hungry...and I especially like jack n the box.... However, the "food" they served us was totally Unedible!!! I was appalled! And still so very hungry... the restaurant was literally as cold as it was outside and when we turned our EXTREMELY cold tacos in for fresh ones the employee not only had a horrible attitude, she told my boyfriend he wasnt going to get credit for the one he had taken a bite out of!!! IF YOU CANNOT DEAL WITH PEOPLE... DONT GET A JOB IN C

My family really enjoyed lunch here. The fries came out fresh, all the burgers tasted great. They wouldve received 5 stars but the spicky chicken sandwich was not as spicy as we wanted it to be. Great service

I’m surprise how you guys haven’t lost business. Most places you can order online a pick up in the drive thru. My wife ordered food online for me to pick up on the way home at 1am, which isn’t abnormal for us. So placed order and get there in drive thru and let them know I’m there to pick up and the heavy set Hispanic guy that was working drive thru told me I needed to go inside, I informed him I had a puppy and my 4yr old daughter bc her mom had an emergency so I picked her up.
