Im so disappointed. My daughter started crying when she saw her birthday cake that we have ordered a week in advance. We asked for the kpop demon hunters cake with simple strikes and this is what we got. She said they couldnt do simple strikes after I was already there waiting to pick up the cake for over an hour. After I complained she took it back and tried to fix it and gave us this messy cake. Dont go here unless you want to walk out with a cheap looking cake.

I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with Tango Bakery. I placed and fully paid for a custom cake order months in advance for a special event that was scheduled on a Sunday. A week before the event, I was informed the bakery would no longer be open on Sundays — but was assured that someone would be available from 9:00am to 12:00pm for order pickups. We arrived at 9:40am and waited outside the bakery until 11:20am — nearly two hours — and no one showed up. I was recommended by a friend and honestly the flavors didn’t disappoint I’m not a huge fan of cakes but after ordering my daughter’s birthday cake here I was left wanting more. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted but they took time to make sure I left satisfied. It’s funny how he could tell right away I wasn’t happy with it but I’m not the type of customer that complains but the guy didn’t let me walk away until he made it better. I’m ready for my birthday in November just to buy another cake . 100/10
