I have only ever gone inside this location 3 times, but each experience has been pleasant enough to make me a regular. Every time that I have come in, the cashiers have been willing and more than happy to help me. The dining area is always clean and tidy when I come in. One of my favorite parts about this location has to be the freestyle machine - I never get my favorite soda flavors because they aren't sold in stores, but I can get anything I want with the freestyle machine. One of the nicest and kindest gestures... One of the employees could tell I was having a rough day and was incredibly kind. Thank you Susie for your kindness. The fiesta chicken sandwich is out of this world not to mention the strawberries chicken salad is one of my favorites!!! The pick 2 deal is my Go-To!!! I highly recommend this restaurant. ❤️

I visit Schlotzsky’s about once a month, and every time I’m reminded that this place is more than just great food—it’s filled with genuinely kind people. Susie went out of her way to show me compassion after learning about the loss of my wife. She offered me a hug when I needed it most, and on a later visit, she even comped my meal. That level of sincerity and care is something you don’t find everywhere. The food is always delicious, but it’s the heart and soul behind the counter that truly sets this place apart. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness shown to me here.

I can't speak to the service/atmosphere because I ordered delivery, but I am addicted to these sandwiches. I moved to Georgetown from out of state and my first week here, I think I ordered the turkey bacon club like 4 times. It's so good. I bought stuff from the store to make sandwiches at home and it's just not the same. Get the sandwich. They did forget my pickle 3/4 times I ordered so RIP on that front but otherwise, excellent.
