Watched the Brazil game and had a lovely dinner. Shepards pie and scotch egg for the win. Soooo good! We had a grumpy old fashioned and some loaded fries to start. The cocktails were good too. Chocolate flavored old fashioned was especially good.

What a great experience! Food was outstanding, service was terrific. Had the Scotch Egg, Bangers and Mash. Both delicious. Had the good fortune to meet Karen and Jack along with their son. Such awesome people and nice to see them doing so well! We will be back and we will bring friends and family!

I wanted to like this place so badly, but this is not it. Service was good but the food was a tad soggy and limp. I don’t know about you but I prefer my fish and chips batter to be crisp, glassy, and shatter. Not to sadly lower its head as if learning it had been cucked by a stronger crispier larger cod. For reference this fish was not fried in an L shape. It wilted like hot lettuce the second I picked it up. The chips (fries) and other accoutrements had good flavor and were crisp, but the fish was so disappointing it was like black hole of enjoyment, sucking out any good feelings I had towar

Look, I LOVE me some fish & chips and Shepard’s pie and after seeing all the good reviews and people gong on about how good and big the cod was, we thought we’d give it a try. I don’t know where some of these people who say that this is the biggest cod they’ve ever seen & the most delicious have been. They probably haven’t gone to Fort Kenny Pub in Rond Rock. It doesn’t even compare. Don’t let me start on the Sheppard pie. Ok, I’ll start. I was excited to see that they used lamb. I was thinking authentic. The portion for the price was Small! The potatoes on the top was not even toasted. The in
