I've told myself I was going to stop coming to this location; yet, I was fooled again. A simple order of sausage McMuffins, add cheese turned into HAM, egg and cheese McMuffins. The lady even asked me, "No egg?" and I said, "No, thank you." Then, waited 25 minutes for the order, when people with more complex orders were getting their food faster. Employees gossiping about other employees, cursing at each other, and one singular woman handling and handing out the food. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I won't be going back.

Alright I've been ordering from this McDonald's for about a month now and I gotta say. The food & service here are pretty good. Like the burgers, the fries, and their amazing chicken mcnuggets are always being made in high quality. And the workers work very fast, too. Very recommended.

On sunday night I was told that there was a brand new policy that all orders must be placed at the kiosk. I don't know if the staff are misunderstanding or if this is truly what corporate has implemented. In other words, you can no longer place your order at the register with an actual cashier. I was told you can PAY at a register, but you can no longer ORDER at a register. This turned out ok since I certainly did not need to waste $12 or consume 1000 empty calories, and it was a spur of the moment decision to walk in as I was leaving walmart (which is exactly what they hope for). This location is consistently slow and disappointing. I watched a front-end employee take an already prepared Big Mac and simply remove the pickles to fulfill a “customized” order. On top of that, the “fresh out of the oven” cookies were clearly just microwaved. I worked at McDonald’s in the early 2000s, and the difference in standards is obvious. Quality, care, and value have all declined significantly. Convenience alone isn’t enough to justify coming here anymore, especially at this location. Do better.
