Debra★★★★★Took my (42yrs.old) disabled mentally. She wanted to look at books for Christmas. Told her we'd take pics but No buying today. Let staff know what we were doing and they were very accomodating and kind. She became very fond of the empty spacing boxes! We were there a couple hours and then had coffee & cookies at the in store Starbucks. This was one of the best days we had together where she interacted with me and was able to show emotion. Thank you Barnes & Noble you just made it a very memorable outing. If you live with a special needs adult or child you understand the enjoyment I felt! To

I was disappointed in the men's bathroom. The 1 urinal was out of service. And the 2 stalls were filthy. The paper towel dispenser didn't work either.
