We really enjoyed this place. The roof top has an amazing view. It felt upscale without feeling over priced. Their signature cocktails were less expensive than a general cocktail at the neighboring bar on the same block. The menu items had enough variety that both myself my 2 guests felt like we had to decide what to pick versus, ordering the only thing we liked on the menu. Service was wonderful and I only wish we had this in the west valley, but a great place to stop if you are picking people up at the Mesa Airport. We will be back.

Went here with a group for a birthday dinner loved food, cocktails and view. However, the place is severely under staffed. There was one waitress and one bartender for the entire restaurant. Honestly, I felt bad for both of them as they were working so hard but just could not keep up with all of the customers in the restaurant. This made getting a second drink very difficult and the wait was just too long to be able to enjoy. Additionally, this place is advertised as 18 and up establishment. Visited Sotol Modern Cocktail Kitchen while in Gilbert. The atmosphere was modern and open, and the service started off a bit off-putting, though it improved slightly as the visit went on. I’ve been wanting to check this place out for a while. Right from the start, the elevator was out of order, which wasn’t ideal. I love this place! Tuesdays they have salsa dancing, the drinks and food are always amazing, and the service is always so friendly and quick. Special shoutout to Miriam who remembered me after just one visit! I always take everyone here if I’m trying to wow them or just for vibes💃 if I could give a higher rating, I would.
