I ordered some yummy orange chicken and my favorite, Thai tea! This is one of the better orange chickens I have had, with a lovely crispy exterior and a moist, flavorful bite. There was a bit of a unique flavor in the sauce that I couldn't pinpoint, but I enjoyed it overall with some chili sauce! As a Thai tea connoisseur with a bag of tea leaves at home, the tea was not as strong as I like mine to be. Regardless, it was sweet and refreshing on a warm day. I would have given it a better rating if they had a menu that doesn't trick the customers. We liked it so much the first time we went last yeat that we returned to it last week and they increased prices by 20-25% and decreased the portion size by 30% or more. Meaning they are about the double the price they were last year. The food tastes good, but not great specially nothing that you won't get in another Thai place. Thai Pepper isn’t technically a vegan restaurant, but they’ve got some really solid vegan options rare enough that I get excited when I find it. The star for me used to be their vegan wings. They were spicy, loaded with peppers, sautéed perfectly… just so good.
