The restaurant was very empty. There was only one other couple here. It was very nice to have the space but makes you worry about why there aren’t more people eating here. We ordered basic egg roll, the dim sum sampler, combination chow mein, and Shanghai Noodle Three delight. The egg roll came with 2 rolls. They were the perfect amount of crispy and flavor. The dim sum sampler was mostly average. The only piece we could not eat because we found it disgusting was the chicken mochi. My partner said the chow mein was something he would come back for. Talk about fresh. Good flavorful, crunchy, yummy tasting food. Dumplings were amazing! Not doughy tasting. I loved the Pad Thai the best though, just the right amount of flavor! Atmosphere, seating was nice. If sitting next to the bathroom it is a bit smelly and didn’t really enjoy that. Overall though I would go back for the food. Worth it :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Ginger Cafe in San Ysidro, Gilroy, CA. The sweet and sour pork was a delight—tasty with tender pork. The garlic Basil fish fillet exceeded expectations, showcasing fresh and well-cooked fish. To top it off, the egg fried rice was perfect, making my overall dining experience delightful.
