Hands down the best and cleanest McDonald’s in Gilroy. You can choose and refill your own drinks, the employees are super helpful, and the tables get cleaned right away as soon as you get up.

This is my favorite McDs for a few reasons. When I go here there's never a big line. The staff is super friendly and the food is so fresh! I try not to eat fast food, but when the urge for Mc nuggets hits I drive across town to buy from this store. With all that said, I do tend to go here during the week, mid day when the outlets aren't busy.

There was no changing table in either of the bathrooms which was extremely disappointing. It’s right next to ALL of the baby clothing stores in the outlets and is the most popular family restaurant in the world. There were three solid walls in each of the restrooms that they easily could have attached a changing table to It was cold and raining; I’m not changing my 11 month old daughter in my car. We ended up changing her on a table in the restaurant, which I’m sure other ppl have with their kids as well. Which is not sanitary in the long run Overall disappointing and a deal breaker for me.

This McDonald's ranks among the cleanest we've visited, equipped with self-ordering screens. Both the dining area and restrooms were clean and tidy, and the server even offered assistance. This is a pleasant surprise given the recent decline in service and cleanliness at many McDonald's locations.
