Completely disappointed how Baskin and Robbins in antioch made my son's cake. I ordered 2 cakes for his 6th birthday and made sure to relay details I want and written.. First, they can't spell BIRTHDAY consistently, but misspelling my son's name on one of them, from KAI TO KIA is unbelievable. We informed them after it was picked up, the lady who answered the call said, to call the next day between 10am to 2pm, but no one was answering. Long story short, we will never order from baskin again, this cakes don't come cheap and the reckless way of handling this incident is not worth it

Smells like sewage. Everything is broken,dirty and falling apart. The freezers are not kept cold enough. The mold in all the coolers is disgusting. [ look at the pictures these must never be cleaned ] I didn't even buy anything I left and went to (one more scoop ) down the road.

Ice cream is good but not cold enough so it's immediately melty. It looks like I didn't even get full size kid's scoops on my adult-sized 2 Scoop Sundae. And they were out of whipped cream. I'm not even full, normally I'm barely able to finish it. I wish it would attach my pic, it's pathetic.
