i literally always come to this dunkin every day before work around 5:15pm. every. day. they see me more than my family. i love this dunkin. i would die for this dunkin. the girls that give me my coffee, god bless their souls, i wish i knew their names. they are the best. they’re always so sweet and i know they’re tired of seeing me every day lol. the coffee always tastes the same and is consistent! fire.

Horrible customer service. I asked to change my medium drink to a small and they said they were unable to do that. On top of that, the drink wasn’t even filled to the top. (This is how it looks with one sip)

I have came here a few times in the last week and I have not had issues with any drinks. I ordered the same drink today that I have got a few times and it was so gross. I called up there to ask them to remake 2 drinks that was both gross. A manager said we need to have the receipt, I called back and spoke to someone else and advised they never gave us a receipt. The associate said to bring the drinks and the receipt on the drink its good enough. When my husband went up to switch our coffees the manager (female) did not get her name, said we need to have a receipt and whoever we spoke to wasn’t

Incredible service and staff! We were amazed at the attentiveness of the employees and eagerness to please! This has to be the best of all Dunkin Donuts in the area! So impressive!
