⭐ 1 Star – Extremely poor service and food quality I arrived around 11:30 AM with only two customers ahead of me. The employee preparing food was still working on the first order when I got there, and I ended up standing there for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. What made it more frustrating was that there were at least four or five other employees present, yet no one stepped in to help. I visited your location on Sunday at 4:00 PM to order a double burrito. Unfortunately, the employee preparing my food was extremely rude. She did not properly answer any of my questions, didn’t even make eye contact, and completely ignored basic customer service standards. At one point, while I was asking about a sauce, she walked away in the middle of my order to take someone else’s order—even though mine was not finished. This location has to be hands-down one of the worst I’ve ever been to for customer service and overall quality of food. Definitely have witnessed food safety issues with cross-contamination. Health department should do an inspection again. I would be surprised if they were able to pass on a regular basis. Some of the staff truly seem miserable there and management does not care about these online reviews or comments as this has been an ongoing issue with this location.
