Poor & Concerning Experience I’m genuinely worried after what I witnessed today. I saw an employee bringing in multiple trays of donuts from the back of her car completely uncovered. To me, this feels like a major health hazard. The car didn’t look very clean, and I couldn’t understand why food that’s being served to customers would be transported like that with no protection at all. This really makes me question the store’s knowledge and standards of proper food handling and control. It was concerning enough that I felt it needed to be shared.

This morning I came to this Dunkin to pick up a mobile app order. First thing weird was when I came up to the intercom at drive through, they seemed confused about mobile orders, but found my order. However, I stood there waiting for something like “ok thank you, your total is x amount, please pull around” but nothing. Next thing I heard was “Hello can I take your order” as if I was someone new, even though I already told them I was picking up an order. This used to be my favorite and nearest to my house , I dont know what happened but my ordered have not been made correctly or differently. I always ordered Ice Latte for the last few time it always taste straight up milk. Even this morning I went to the store and ordered it , it came out straight up white and taste like no espresso at all. I had to asked for more espresso shot. From the person have the same drink everyday , yall know if the coffee taste different.

This used to be my favorite (and closest) Dunkin. Not sure what happened, but it feels like now every time I come, my order is never made correctly. The bagel minis were definitely not warmed up. Never used to have these issues up until a few months ago
