I have been going to this location since they opened and have only had a handful of good experiences. I had a fly in my bowl before, the rice is usually undercooked, the meat is usually chewy and then today I had a hair in my tacos. The line where they prep the food is usually covered in scraps from previous customers’ orders and the tables are always dirty. Do not recommend this location.

Disgusting! I go to Chipotle often and this place was so bad. Bathrooms disgusting. Food line disgusting and poorly stocked. Food everywhere. Lobby disgusting. The entire Chipotle was clearly understaffed for some reason. It was a Thursday (3-12-26) at 445pm. They should have been staffed better but they had this poor girl on the line just trying her best none of this was her fault. So sad. Someone needs to step up!!!!! Especially for a $20+ meal and I expect it to be clean at a minimum

Every single time we order from this location, they always mess our orders up. I requested for extra corn and ordered chips. We did not receive what we ordered. I paid for chips I didn't receive that, there was barely anything in my bowl which I paid money for. They need to be considerate of their customers especially the ones that are ordering for lunch during work hours. You can't speak to anyone because they do not even pick up the phone. It's disturbing.
