I didn't get the guys names tonight that were working but they did a really good job. Place was clean. Burgers were hot and fresh. Extra onions. Got a good deal on a bunch of tacos. Front counter drive-thru guy. Awesome! Quick service fryer dude kicking ass tacos hot and fresh fries perfs quickly seasoned grill guy was killing it tonight. Perfectly toasted. All the ingredients were awesome! Very happy. Long-time customer survived through college on big cheeseburgers. Thank you Jack in the box🍔🌮🍟😋

The burger I received was served cold, and the meat was noticeably undercooked. As I cut into it, the center was red and cool to the touch, which made it unappetizing and concerning. I even considered photographing it before eating because the lack of proper cooking was so obvious. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

Completely garbage.. Went at 2:20am.. Was taken the order by the drive thru guy that just hated life.. Boring and terrible attitude.. Just kept saying is that it? And what else? Then told to park I the front with other people waiting.. Got 2 cokes with our meals and they were out of syrup, tasted completely disgusting.. Then waited for almost 20 minutes for our food.. Never offered sauce or ranch.. Id never come here again..!!!!

I placed my order online and it said my order would be ready at 3:05am I didn’t leave the drive thru until 03:35am. IVIE F. has some serious attitude issues and horrible customer service. My order was incomplete and wrong. I pulled around, informed her POLITELY that my order was missing items and it wasn’t what I had ordered. She took my item back “remade it”. She clearly just added sauce on top. My fries were cold. No apology or acknowledgement. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and to disturbed you from doing YOUR JOB.
