If you don't have a debt or credit card on you and you walk in to buy food in cash form to order then expect to wait for someone to rudely say you have to wait so they can help you. Had to ask for the manager and manager was nice and gave me a free drink for waiting and she helped me with the order but when I got my food by the rude cashier then noticed she gave me little chips with my bowl and purposely made me wait while my bowl was sitting there in bag and after giving another order then she got mine to give me and I asked for 2 green salsas and just gave me the 2 with a mean stare. Visited this location on 6/10/25 and unfortunately had a bad experience with the store manager. This isn’t the first time service has been an issue at this location, but on this visit, the store manager was condescending, visibly annoyed and treated us as if we were the problem, despite the fact that the service we paid for was not rendered as intended and I was trying to communicate that. There was no attempt on the manager to listen or hear us out. I felt disrespected, I was not rude in anyway to this manager to deserve the treatment I received. I was polite and I barely even spoke ten words

Dirty floor, dirty tables, very few employees, locked bathrooms, employees tell you to order from a kiosk. Food was genuinely quite good though, fresh and hot. But I shouldn't come into an establishment Wondering where the heck I should sit because every table needs to be wiped down and the floors are disgusting with dirt marks and random marks and hairs and sticky spots all over the floor and tables. Strange smell in the restaurant as well, when I enter a restaurant I want to smell food not. a weird metallic musky smell. The good is good but not $30 for 2 people good. we got combos, a burrito

I am very disappointed of this location and pollo loco's food. The food quality is bad.. yesterday I ordered a double chicken tostada but it was a joke I paid for double chicken but instead I received a tostada with minimum lettuce rice and beans and a few pieces of chicken and a slice of avocado. I am very disappointed.. for sure that meal wasn't worth $13.
