I love this place so much! It's really clean, cozy, and the food items are of amazing quality for a reasonable price. I've tried 2 Taiyaki flavors (Chocolate and Ube Cream) and both were good. I had a large Brown Sugar Milk Tea last time and it was overly sweet, probably because I didn't pick the 50% Sugar option. The Strawberry Milk Tea (50% Sugar) was so yummy and not too sweet. Highly HIGHLY recommend giving Hi Tea a chance, especially if you love sweet things! :D Below is the in-person menu (as of April 2026)

My drink was Delicious! I ordered the Butterfly lemon tea and it was very refreshing. I gave three stars because of the customer service. Maybe I over I was overthinking it but It didn’t feel that welcoming to want to return again.

Love this place so much! It’s so cute on the inside and the drinks were amazing. I love the little gingerbread reusable cup. The person working was so sweet and helpful! I also really loved the games there were to play! I really recommend coming here with friends or to study or just relax!

Such a cute gem we came across. Stopped in here to get some boba tea. All three of us got one, the milk with brown sugar was just ok. But other two were very good. We would for sure come back here again. Service was friendly and fast.
