My husband and I went to get breakfast and waited over 15 minutes to receive our orders. When we received our order, the food was cold and the hash brown had hair in it. We tried to contact the manager to inform them that this wasn’t the first time something was wrong with the order, yet we couldn’t get a hold on anyone. Every time we called the store, to address our concerns the call ends immediately with no call back or corrective action. Absolutely terrible.

Final straw in never returning to this location. Upon ordering in the drive through, their machine shut off and instead of offering to run the card somewhere else, he told me I needed to come in. I asked if there was another way because my 3 year old was miserable from a dentist visit and he just walked away. Another employee walked up and told me I could pull around to the front or come in. I pulled up front and no one came out. I went to get an iced coffee, I was asked for a tip, which I did leave. However the coffee was the absolute worst, tasted like chemicals. Threw it in the trash. Absolutely unacceptable. Tried to call multiple times and I get the “your call cannot be completed as dialed” recording. That’s fine. I’ll be calling or showing up.

Wasn’t clean, donut area was messy like they were thrown up there and there was a lot of crumbs at the bottom. It stunk when I walked in, didn’t smell like coffee or donuts. Smelled like a machine chemical or something. Walked out and didn’t order.
