Poor customer service received tonight. We called ahead at 6:00pm as it was Super Bowl Sunday to make sure they were still open until 8pm. We had 12 people and were going to rent 3 lanes. We were told that was fine and they were still staying open until 8:00. Half of us showed up at 6:15 and started playing pool waiting for the rest to show up. At 6:30 when everyone showed up, they told us that they were closing because no one but us was here. We pleaded for a few minutes with them to stay open and they told us they would allow us to stay for 45 minutes to play one game and have to leave. It

Lanes are nice but everything else about this place needs major improvement. They don't allow outside drinks which i would understand but all I had was water... because I'm pregnant... also, the bathrooms leave much to be desired. This place has potential but thats about it unfortunately

Don't be fooled by the exterior of this building! It is updated on the inside! We had such a fun time bowling for a birthday party. Facility is well kept with very nice staff! I'm sure we kept everyone on their toes. The arcade was fun for the kids as well. We will certainly be back

Shoes are REALLY old with tears- the vending machines were all out of order. A pitcher of pop is over $9.00 and they don’t even fill the pitcher all the way up. Drinks are overpriced… spent $22.00 on 2 drinks and one didn’t even have a “shot” in it. Food was cold…. This place use to be reasonable for sure but definitely not anymore. Prices way too high~quality poor!
