I wanted to buy a gift card so I asked the person where he takes the family to eat. He said Casa Amiga, for the food and service. I had not been there. The woman at the counter, who seemed like an owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m a vegetarian and asked for a recommendation. She suggested the No Meat burrito and asked if I wanted the cheese and sour cream, attentive to my preferences. We had a pleasant conversation about lard vs oils. She is informed.
