I was in the area for a dental hygiene conference and one of my patients who lived in this area told me that I MUST try this place out before heading back to FL. I’m so glad I did! I went came around 3pm on a Saturday and thankfully it wasn’t too busy, however I decided to order for take out since I had to get back to my Airbnb. We were in the Grapevine area dropping off a customer’s vehicle and decided to stop in at Bartley’s BBQ — and man, are we glad we did! The brisket was tender, smoky, and packed with flavor, and the jalapeño cheddar sausage was out of this world — juicy with just the right amount of heat and cheese. The BBQ beans were rich and tasty, rounding out a killer plate. On top of that, the portions and prices were a great value — you really get your money’s worth here.
