Everytime I make an online order for pick up, it is not ready on time. I love the food, but it would be nice if they actually conpleted them within the time given to me. I don't mind waiting, but every single time? Edit: Got a four cheese and paid to add pepperoni. Guess what was not on the pizza?

Service with absolutely great they let me take my time. Which was very beneficial because I've never been here before. Got a half cheese half pepperoni large pizza for me and my daughter. We will be back. We did get here right when they opened so there wasn't very many people yet.

Palizios Grapevine update your menu!!! Don't advertise something you don't have!!! I love the Nutty Hawaiian chicken salad with the Raspberry Walnut vinegrette dressing but you don't make that dressing and instead you get this tart Raspberry like dressing. It's nasty! Your barbecue chicken pizza was not good either! I should have known better...stick with Palizios in Coppell. T. M.

Highly recommend this place! The food was incredible, and on top of that the people working there were really kind and helpful too. We tried the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch and the Frank’s Red Hot one and they were both delicious.
