Tonight in Brooklyn, we did BHI Thursdays and let me tell you, this place gets it. We showed up at 11pm and they greeted us with a smile and a seat. We started strong (because that’s how you should always start): short rib dirty fries and pastrami egg rolls. Not appetizers… opening statements.
