I haven’t been to bk on tenth in about 4 years because of a bad experience. I went today because they advertised a bun etc. Holy cow I was so pleased. The place was clean! I got my food in like 5 minutes! The double whopper was steaming hot! Yeah, steaming hot. I had to let the fries cool down a bit. The manager was conducting her team very well, with great communication. The young man taking my order was on point! Kitchen was on point…..I was genuinely impressed! Great Job! And thank you for making my day.

I really do have a problem with Burger King but last night was not good. So i went through the drive through and ordered some ice cream cones. The guy at the window was blowing his nose not even washing his hands he started to make my children's ice cream. I waved at him be for he could finish and asked him to please wash his hands. So he turned the corner and not even 5 seconds he was back making our ice cream. I was so discussed. I don't think I'm going their at night or at all.

They are always so nice there. Went today and they are always polite and helpful. Will go just because of that. It certainly gets tiring dealing with pissed off GF residents at their work, so I'll be back.

The service was great! We waited just a tad longer than usual, and a man at the counter said sorry over and over and gave us free cookies! He was so nice. Will come back all the time!
