Fast service and nice, helpful staff. Mediocre coffee, and stale overpriced pastry options. They go heavy on the ice and foam, low on the coffee. Ordered a 20oz Brown Shaken Espresso, 30% was foam, 30% ice. Only 8oz of actual coffee. Very corporate, soulless design. Feels like a Starbucks knockoff with less options but competative pricing. If you want something to drink or see it along the way, not the worst option in the world, but do not come here if you expect freshly ground and brewed coffee, or fresh pastries.

Absolutely terrible experience. The Nutella cheesecake was one of the worst desserts I’ve ever had. It had a weird, dense, glue-like texture. It honestly tasted like it was made from paste rather than cheesecake. The macarons were disappointing, and the rest of the desserts were just as bad. Nothing tasted fresh or worth the price. The service was no better. The new baristas were unfriendly, and looked annoyed to be there. No smiles, no welcoming attitude, no customer service. The drinks taste good, but they were heavy with ice and not enough flavor. I ordered a medium iced coffee black with liquid sugar, a large shaken espresso with whole milk, a medium iced matcha latte with whole milk and cane syrup. The hard working staff were good, friendly, and professional. My drinks were ready between a minute or two after I ordered. This should be the gold standard for mid lev iced coffee drinks considering there were no customers behind me. Exceeded my expectations. The interior is very clean and very spacious. There are plush leather seats and booths for extra privacy.
