From the outside this Dunkin doesn't look so good, but it surprised us! We stopped in after dropping the car off at Discount Tire, for a quick snack. I had enough points to order me three-count munchkins and the employee spoiled me rotten. (See picture below) They were really tasty! Also the donuts 🍩 looked so pretty and delicious!

I come here regularly and this isn’t the first issue, but today was enough to finally say something. I placed a mobile order and showed proof on my phone, but the staff insisted they “didn’t see it” and gave me attitude instead of just checking or fixing the situation. After going back and forth for several minutes, the order somehow appeared—but no acknowledgment, no apology, nothing. On top of that, I was given the wrong size drink (ordered a large, received a medium), which has happened more than once. Probably have gone to this dunkin for 15 years or so. Now the prices are more than other locations and now they have added a tip section when you pay with a card. But overcharging for items that other locations have at a lower price is ridiculous. Never going back.

Service: I bought a breakfast sandwich and some donuts. I walked in and ordered almost immediately, with only one other person in front of me. That person received their food and left, but it took them another 10mins to make my egg sandwich. I watched them make 3 or 4 pickup orders and all those people came and went. That was a little frustrating. Food: The sandwich was sloppily thrown together, so I had to arrange it before eating. I was very disappointed that my donuts tasted stale and were drying up, but it was only 10am. It was all around a negative experience. It seems like they need he
