This is my favorite dunkin donut store to stop by and grab a quick bite. Every morning once I reach to the drive-thru they already know my voice and very courteous and helpful. From Shazia to the guy at the window don't know his name. I appreciate their services and I will be stopping by and grab my order every morning.

This location is not supportive of teachers. I was working on a fundraiser for teachers at my school and decided to go to the Dunkin location near my house. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon, a time which was less busy. I greeted everyone and asked to speak to a manager. The woman behind the counter indicated I could speak with her. I shared the fundraiser information (I was wearing my school shirt and badge) and asked if she would be willing to donate one gift card. Cancel this place. The employees behind the counter are rude. I’ve given this place too many chances. I stopped by with my three little kids after the playground to enjoy doughnuts before heading home. After paying for our items I was asked to leave a top by the machine. For a service-less interaction I didn’t feel the need to leave a tip so I selected “no”. The woman behind the counter then says “no tip” okay bye and then repeats it again “bye”. I come here every single day I have to beg them to make my hashbrowns fresh because they give me old food. I have to remind them to put the cold foam on top of my drink that I paid for. Today I come here and the lady with glasses on tells me that I’m rude and every day I come there, I have a problem. The problem is that I want fresh food and then I want the add-ons on my drink that I paid for we literally had a huge argument at the window because I asked her to give me one glazed doughnut and one jelly donut but I originally asked for two glaze this is ridiculous to have to be treated poorly b
