Best Chick-fil-A ever… My husband and I just took our grandkids there for an impromptu meal and the service was so over the top exceptional. Literally the best service ever. As we were sitting at our table 5 separate attendants came by at different times and asked if we needed a drink refills ,was our meal OK ,did we need any trash taken away. Furthermore, tomorrow is Mother’s Day and they had a beautiful display where you could make your own bouquet if you were a mom or you could go to the planting station and plant some seeds in little terra-cotta pots that they had as well as potting soil.

As a consistent patron of Chick-fil-A, I have high expectations regarding both the product and the service, which is why I visit your establishments. Hands down the best Chick-fil-A in the NOVA area. This store consistently impresses me in how fast, efficient, friendly, and courteous the team is despite their high volume of guests. The store is also well appointed and always spotless, and the food is always fresh. I usually have good experiences picking up DoorDash orders from Chick-fil-A, with orders being ready on time, early, or only a minute or two late. However, after coming back to the Fairfax area recently, I noticed a significant decline in customer service at this location. Today alone, I completed three DoorDash pickups here, and every single order was delayed around 12–17 minutes past the quoted pickup time.
